Guest room rates do not include meals as a standard practice. This allows our guests to add the services they choose. We do however build packages for individuals or groups seeking an all inclusive type of stay. Please contact our Reservations department at (877) 782-9752 to inquire about the many possibilities.
Absolutely! you may simply dial the room service extension from your room to place an order from our restaurant.
Absolutely! Packages appear on our site from time to time based on seasonality, however, we are more interested in helping you build the right package you are looking for to make your visit special. From Romance packages to Stay-Cations, simply speak with one of our Reservation Department staff to get started! For companies seeking overnight hotel accommodations, negotiated ongoing discounts are available. Please inquire further with one of our Sales Department staff.
At this time, the Resort welcomes guests requiring the use of service animals.
Our standard individual guest cancellation terms are based on a 48-hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your overnight accommodations prior to that time, guests will not incur any penalty or fee. Reservations cancelled after that period of time incur and one night room and tax fee. Groups and event attendee cancellation policies are included in group and event contracts and may differ.
The Resort is open 24 hours a day and hotel reservations can be made by contacting the Hotels. For group reservations, please contact one of our sales professionals at [email protected].

Absolutely! Simply indicate which stylist or therapist you are interested in working with or may have a preference for and let our staff know when making your appointment.
Not typically, however, depending on your individual circumstances or preferences, your provider will review with you before any treatment or service. Should you have concerns prior to making an appointment, simply let the receptionist know and we can review your concerns in advance.

Any tip or gratuity for your service provider is based upon your experience and preference. Unless you are with a group or have an off site event, gratuities are not included in our services.
Our standard spa cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any charges. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us.
