Who is at the helm is just as important as the person giving you a spa service. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the return of Jennifer Ryder to Heritage Hills Resort. Jennifer founded and managed Serenity Spa from 2006–2018 for the DeRose family, and things simply haven’t been the same without her. After stepping away, Jennifer and her talented team partnered with colleague Duane Moyer to launch the successful Heartwood Salon and Spa.

Now, this dynamic duo brings their expertise back to where it all began—opening a second location right here at Heritage Hills. We are now officially Heartwood Spa at Heritage Hills, your go-to spa in York PA. Please note: any Serenity Spa gift certificates will still be honored. A relaxing massage that soothes the over-stressed nervous system using techniques that use light and long strokes in order to melt away one’s stress. This is the classic massage you’ve likely become accustomed to. For those who have not quite yet enjoyed our services, we recommend it as the way to get started.

A deeply penetrating massage that manipulates the muscles in order to reduce muscle tension and increase circulation throughout the body. This type of massage is best for relief of both stress and soreness in one’s muscles.

Essential oils are blended with a carrier massage oil which absorb into the skin to create a calming or energizing effect while you enjoy a soothing full body massage. An ancient Chinese therapeutic technique, this service promotes a balance of both relaxation and health. The method targets pressure points located on the feet that correspond to specific areas of the body. The 60-minute option includes a combination of scalp, head and neck massages.

Gua Sha is the action of gently scraping muscle attachment sites to release tight muscles and increase flexibility and circulation.

30 min Cupping/Gua Sha Service isolates on requested focus areas with a combination of gliding and static cupping as well as a deeper application of the gua sha tool to break up constricted fascia. Pressure and focus areas are customized to address your session goals.

Made with shea butter and avocado oil that leaves the skin radiantly soft. Works for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

An herbal infused penetrating sea mud wrap that firms the skin. Made with French green clay and a blend of natural oils to help detoxify and add minerals to the skin.
